How do I pay?
We invoice in US dollars. You can pay by credit or debit card, Payoneer or Wise. Design projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Management is billed monthly in advance.
Why do prices say “from”?
Starting prices cover the scope listed on each card. Extra images, products, languages or marketplaces add to the quote. You always get a fixed price in writing before any work starts.
How long does a project take?
Listing images and A+ Content usually take 5–7 business days after the brief is approved. Brand Stores take 10–15 business days, and brand identity takes 3–4 weeks. Paid audits: within 5 business days of access. Free Loom audit: within 2 business days of your request.
How many revisions are included?
Listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stores and Paid Media Creative include 2 rounds of revisions. Brand identity and marketing collateral use one structured revision round per stage, as described on those pages. We agree the plan and messaging before design starts, so revisions are used for refinement, not for starting over.
Can I cancel, and what is your refund policy?
Monthly management can be stopped at any time with one month’s written notice by email. For design projects, if you cancel before work starts (before the brief is approved), the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work starts but before first drafts are delivered, we keep the part of the deposit that covers work already done and refund the rest. Once first drafts are delivered, the deposit is not refundable, but you keep the revision rounds in your proposal. Approved or delivered work, used audits and ad spend are not refundable; ad spend is paid by you directly to Google, Meta or Amazon. The full details are in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA, or send ours, before you share product details, account access or unreleased launches.
