1. Who we are

PhotoPixc is a founder-led e-commerce design and paid-media studio based in Bangladesh, working with clients internationally. PhotoPixc is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For any privacy question or request, email photopixc@gmail.com.

2. Information you give us

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, website or store URL, and a description of what you need help with, and you confirm the consent checkbox. When you book a call, you provide the details the booking form asks for (usually your name, email, and a time). When you email us, we receive whatever you include in the message. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and the messages and files you send. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or other credentials through the form or by email.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the site and its hosting and security services record technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time of visit, and the referring page. When you submit the contact form, we also store where the visit came from (for example the referring site and any campaign tags in the link, such as UTM parameters) so we know which channels bring enquiries. Analytics and advertising tools described in section 5 collect information about how you use the site.

4. How we use information

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, discuss whether we are a fit, prepare quotes and proposals, deliver and invoice agreed work, keep the website secure and working, understand how visitors use the site, measure which ads and channels lead to enquiries, and show our ads to people who have visited the site. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (for analytics and advertising cookies, and for the contact form), on steps you ask us to take before entering a contract, on performing a contract, and on our legitimate interest in running and securing a small business website.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The site uses essential cookies and similar technologies that are needed for security, performance, and the contact form. With your consent where required, it also uses:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google) to measure visits, pages viewed, and form submissions in aggregate.

• Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing (Google) to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show PhotoPixc ads to people who have visited this site. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show ads based on a user’s past visits to this website and other websites.

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms) to measure the results of Facebook and Instagram ads and to show PhotoPixc ads to people who have visited this site.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google at Google Ads Settings, manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences, opt out of many third-party ad vendors at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org, and block Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Where consent is required by law (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), analytics and advertising cookies are only used after you agree through the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. 6. Third-party services

We use service providers that process information on our behalf, only as needed to provide their service:

• Website hosting (ExonHost) and security and performance (Cloudflare).

• The WordPress contact form (Contact Form 7) and email delivery to our Gmail inbox (WP Mail SMTP and Google).

• Call booking through Calendly, and video calls through Google Meet.

• WhatsApp (operated by Meta), if you choose to message us there. The WhatsApp button on this site is a plain link; it does not load WhatsApp code or set cookies until you click it.

• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel), as described in section 5.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

7. International transfers

PhotoPixc is based in Bangladesh, and several of our service providers are based in the United States and other countries. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on our providers’ standard safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.

8. How long we keep information

Enquiry information is kept as long as needed to reply and manage a potential or active client relationship, and after that only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute purposes. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of those tools. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete or correct it, and to opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (for example remarketing). You can do this with the cookie and ad settings above or by emailing us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email photopixc@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.

10. Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect information. No website or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. External links

This website links to third-party websites and profiles, for example Upwork, Fiverr, and Calendly. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the website, our service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version and its date always appear on this page.
