Timelines and turnaround
How long do listing images and A+ Content take?
Listing image sets and A+ Content usually take 5–7 business days after you approve the brief. The clock starts once we have your photos, product details and confirmed claims. Larger catalogues are scheduled in batches, and the dates are written into your proposal.
How long does a Brand Store take?
A Brand Store design usually takes 10–15 business days after the brief and page plan are approved. That covers the homepage, subpages, mobile layouts and one handoff file per tile. See Brand Store design.
How long does brand identity take?
Brand identity projects usually take 3–4 weeks, because they run in stages: discovery, concepts, refinement and guidelines. Each stage is approved before the next one starts. See brand identity design.
How fast is an audit delivered?
The free Loom audit arrives within 2 business days of your request. A paid deep audit, such as the Google Ads audit, is delivered within 5 business days of receiving access.
Revisions and files
How many revisions are included?
Listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stores and ad creative include 2 revision rounds. Brand identity and collateral include one revision round per stage. Extra rounds are quoted in writing before we do them.
What file formats do I receive?
You receive upload-ready final files sized for the platform, usually JPEG or PNG for Amazon and Shopify. If you need layered source files, tell us before the project starts and we will confirm what is included in your proposal.
Who owns the final files?
You do. Once the project is paid, the final files are yours to use on your listings, store and ads. They are delivered upload-ready, with a placement map showing which image goes where.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product photos, product details, the claims you can support (sizes, materials, certifications), your logo and brand colours if you have them, and 2–3 competitor listings. We send a short brief to fill in.
Do you write the text on images?
Yes. We write headlines and callouts from your confirmed product details, and you approve every claim before design starts. We don’t invent claims you can’t support.
Do you still offer photo editing?
Yes, as part of a design project. Clipping path, pure white backgrounds and basic retouching of your photos are included in every listing image set. We no longer sell photo editing as a standalone service.
Amazon compliance
Will my images meet Amazon’s image requirements?
We design every image to Amazon’s published requirements, such as a pure white main image background and 500–10,000 px on the longest side. Publication is always Amazon’s decision, so no studio can promise approval. Our sourced requirements checklist lists the rules.
Do you follow category style guides?
Yes. Some categories, such as clothing, footwear and multipacks, add their own image rules. We check the style guide for your category before design starts and flag anything that affects your photos.
Do I need Brand Registry for A+ Content or a Brand Store?
Yes. A+ Content and Brand Stores are available to brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry. Listing images do not need Brand Registry.
Do you do product photography?
No. We design from the photos you provide. If your photos are too low-resolution or hide important details, we tell you before design starts so you can decide whether to reshoot.
Payment, pricing and refunds
How do I pay?
We invoice in USD. You can pay by card, Payoneer or Wise. Design projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery. Monthly management is billed monthly in advance.
Why do prices say “from”?
Published prices are starting points for a standard scope, such as a 7-image listing set from $179. The final price depends on the number of products and images and how complex they are. You get a fixed quote in writing before work starts. See pricing.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
For design projects, if you cancel before work starts (before the brief is approved), the deposit is refunded in full. If you cancel after work starts but before first drafts are delivered, we keep the part of the deposit that covers work already done and refund the rest. Once first drafts are delivered, the deposit is not refundable, but you keep the revision rounds in your proposal. Management stops with one month’s written notice. The full policy is in our terms.
Working across time zones
What time zone are you in?
We are based in Bangladesh (GMT+6). Our working day overlaps with UK mornings and early US mornings, so work often moves forward overnight for you. Live calls are booked at a time that suits you.
Confidentiality and ownership
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We sign your NDA or ours before you share unreleased products, pricing or account data.
Who pays the ad spend?
You do, directly to Google, Meta or Amazon from your own ad accounts. Management and setup fees do not include ad spend, and PhotoPixc never holds your ad budget.
How do I stop monthly management?
Give one month’s written notice. Your ad accounts, pixels and data stay in your name, so nothing has to be handed back.
Who owns my ad accounts?
You always do. We work inside your own Google, Meta or Amazon Ads accounts with user access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time. We never ask for your password.
Free audit and pilot offer
What is in the free Loom audit?
Send one Amazon listing, Shopify store or ad account and your main goal. ABS Jony records a 5-minute Loom video that covers 3 specific fixes you can act on, whether or not you hire us. No call is needed. Get my free 5-minute Loom audit.
What is the 40% pilot offer, and what do you ask in return?
Pilot places are limited: 40% off one design project or your first month of management (ad spend excluded). In return, we ask for a written testimonial and permission to publish a case study with your real numbers. Any pilot testimonial we publish says it came from a discounted project. The offer ends when the pilot places are filled, and there is no pressure to decide. Full terms are confirmed in writing in your proposal.
About PhotoPixc
Who will I work with?
You work directly with the founder, ABS Jony, who plans and reviews every project. PhotoPixc is a founder-led studio, so there is no account manager between you and the person doing the work. More about us.
Which countries do you work with?
Mostly brands in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. All work is remote, by email, shared folders and scheduled calls.
Can you work with my developer or agency?
Yes. We can hand files to your developer, work alongside your ads agency, or follow your existing brand guidelines. Tell us who else is involved at the brief stage.
How long have you been designing?
PhotoPixc has been designing for e-commerce brands since 2016.
Do you work with Shopify stores?
Yes. We design Shopify product page images, banners and collection tiles, and we run Shopify Google Shopping and Meta ads. See Shopify product page design and e-commerce PPC management.
Can I see real results?
Yes. Two live ad accounts are published with permission: Hearticy on Google Demand Gen (261 purchases for $192 in 18 days) and an Ontario plumbing company (3 enquiries for $15.18 in one week). Design case studies marked “concept” are self-initiated projects, not client results.
