Is the audit really free?
Yes. There is no charge, no card and no obligation. If the fixes are something you can do yourself, go ahead. If you want help, we send a fixed quote in writing.
Do I have to get on a call?
No. The audit is a recorded video you watch when it suits you. If you would rather talk it through, you can book a free 30-minute call instead.
Do you need access to my Seller Central or ad account?
Not for a listing or store audit, because we review what shoppers see. For a Google Ads or Amazon Ads account we may ask for screenshots or read-only access. We never ask for your password.
How long until I receive it?
We reply within one business day to confirm your request, and send the Loom video within 2 business days of your request.
Who records the video?
ABS Jony, PhotoPixc’s founder, records every audit himself. It is not an automated report.
What happens after the audit?
